During sign up, you can send an invite to your employees via email or text message. Alternatively, you can invite your employees from your profile section, in Employees. They can also request to join your business - you can review requests in Employees.
Once you sign up as a business, we will reach out to verify your account within one week. This will ensure that business pages are controlled by the right people.
Try searching with more of the address. If you still can't find your business then you can add it manually. We will then add it to our database once we have verified that it exists.
Go to your profile section, Tipping and click Activate.
You can opt to use individual tipping which means customers can tip an individual server. Or you can opt to use group tipping which means the tips will get paid into a central account, to be split out to the team separately. In order for this to happen, ensure that you set up correct bank details in section Bank information.

During login, select Forgot Password? We will send you a one time passcode to your email. Enter this passcode to change your password.
Visit your profile section and go to Account settings, Delete account. This will generate an email template. Our team will receive your request and respond within one week.

If you are already signed up, then go to your profile section, choose employer information and input the invite code that you have been sent. If you haven't signed up yet, then you can add the code during sign up.
If you work for a business then you can choose this on sign up or in app in your profile section. Only once your business has signed up, can they approve you as one of their employees. This verifies your account.
Make sure you are verified so you can show your profile to other outlets to receive industrys deals!
